# Confirm a requester's attendance

`POST` `/sessions/{sessionId}/confirmations`

Operation ID: `createConfirmation`

If the session is fully booked, the requester is placed on the waitlist instead.

## Path parameters

- `sessionId` (string, required)

- `201` - Confirmation recorded
- `409` - Requester has already confirmed
